Terms and Conditions
Focus One Sales and Marketing Limited, trading as Focus One, provide a range of outsourced support services covering marketing, business development, surveys, feedback, data list cleaning, email marketing and related services.
Unless specifically agreed in writing, Focus One makes no implied or implicit guarantee of the outcome of projects or campaigns. All target ‘deliverables’, including appointments and/or leads, are estimated in good faith based on past experience but do not constitute a guarantee.
Any instructions received by Focus One from the Client for the supply of services and/or the Client’s acceptance of Services supplied by Focus One shall constitute acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein.
Focus One reserves the right to change the price of a project in the event of a variation to the original quotation.
Focus One will make every reasonable effort to deliver projects in line with the delivery schedule, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed by Focus One.
For all projects, Focus One and the Client will adhere to all aspects of the Data Protection Act 1988 and the Data Protection Act 2003.
In all cases, if a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement is signed by Focus One and the Client, any such document will form part of these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions and any contract to which they apply shall be governed by the laws of Ireland and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland.
Any information gained during the work contracted will remain the property of Focus One until the full payment has been received.
If any account remains overdue after thirty (30) days, we reserve the right to charge interest on invoices exceeding the agreed 30-day credit term as set out in the European Directive 2011/7/EU. The interest rate charged is 8% p.a. over the European Central Banks interest rate.
We will also charge an amount of the greater of €40.00 or 10.00% of the amount overdue (up to a maximum of €200) shall be levied for administration fees which sum shall become immediately due and payable and we will charge any legal costs incurred in the pursuit of any outstanding debt.
