How We Approach Data List Cleansing

1. Business list review

To maintain a high standard of data hygiene, a structured approach is requried.  You should only input complete data into your CRM.  Perform an annual data audit to identify and remove incomplete marketing contacts.

2. Desk research

Remove old contacts and dedupe the list before analysing for information gaps.  If you are adding new suspects to the master file, merge the files now.  Then real work of gap filling starts.

3. Telecleansing

Telecleansing allows you to update the entire record including company name, address, key contact name, job title, email address and any other pedigree information that you require. Separate first name and last name. Use the contact email as the unique identifier.

4. List handover

We will transfer the final file of updated and relevant industry contacts to you in Excel for you to reimport into your CRM system.
