So what is it that Focus One do?

Well we started way back in 2005. Essentially we help other businesses to grow their B2B sales opportunities. We don’t actually close any sales but instead we create the appointment or opportunity for our clients sales team to meet with new prospects.  Our outbound business calling campaigns support sales teams in many different sectors across Ireland and the UK.

If you have experience in the sector, you might be familiar with such terms as business development support, inside sales, teleprospecting, B2B outreach, pipeline building, appointment setting and B2B telemarketing.  If you don’t have industry experience, don’t worry.  Please keep reading.

While experience in outbound business calling is preferable but not essential, you must genuinely enjoy chatting and the buzz of sales support.

This is an office based role in Waterford Business Park, behind John Kelly Opel Garage.

No Weekends or Evenings

The Role

About The Job:

  • Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for:
  • Making outbound calls to businesses to generate new leads and opportunities for our client campaigns.
  • Creating a record of and accurately recording the results of all communications.
  • Updating prospect records within our CRM system.
  • List cleansing and building.

The Person

Your Skills:

  • Experience in any of the following roles would help; Sales Support, Sales Administrator, Account Manager, B2B Telemarketing, Customer Service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication is required.
  • Computer literate. A high level of admin, typing, spelling and grammar skills are required.

  • Office hours 9am – 5pm Monday – Thursday and 9am – 3.30pm on Fridays.
