Founded in 2005, Focus One provide support services to other businesses. Our clients operate in the business to business market. Our services include lead generation and appointment setting where we generate leads and appointments for our clients to action. We also provide high level customer feedback and B2B satisfaction surveys where we telephone interview our clients customers to independently discover their overall level of satisfaction. Our campaigns are predominantly telephone based.
IMPORTANT: Candidates require customer service or B2B telephone experience. A high level of admin, computer, typing, spelling and grammar skills are an absolute must for this role. Competitive salary.
