Team member – Waterford office

Founded in 2003, Focus One provide support services to other businesses. Our clients operate in the business to business market. Our services include lead generation and appointment setting where we generate leads and appointments for our clients to action. We also provide customer feedback and satisfaction services where we telephone interview our clients customers to independently discover their overall level of satisfaction. Our campaigns are predominantly telephone based. Full training given. Our office is based at Waterford Business Park, behind John Kelly Opel Garage. Our office hours are 9am – 4.30pm Monday – Friday. We are looking for 2 new team members. You should have customer service or telephone experience. IMPORTANT: A high level of admin, computer, typing, spelling and grammar skills are an absolute must for this role. Competitive salary. Please send CV to hr@focusone.ie
